This Thursday and Friday is the opening for the Fine Art Studio Senior Exhibition at Gallery r in downtown Rochester! I’m incredibly excited, though hanging a show is proving to be a bit difficult for someone who is 5’1″

Painting in Progress March-April 2012
I thought I would start this blog business with my first painting for Spring Quarter, 2012. It’s pretty close to completion at this point. I need to work on the hair and eyes and fix up the arm a bit. I’m torn about the background because I’m not sure if the space the figure is in makes sense or if it needs to for that matter.
